Scope
These terms cover your use of the loadpilothq.com website and the Dallas–Fort Worth private beta waitlist. They do not govern freight transactions. Separate business and carrier agreements are provided at onboarding and control any actual delivery arranged through the platform.
What this site currently is
LoadPilot AI is in pre-launch development. The dashboards, match results, dispatch log, and proof-of-delivery records shown on this site are product design mockups populated with sample data, labeled as such. They do not represent live loads, real carriers, or completed deliveries.
The pay-range estimator is a planning tool only. It produces a modeled range from distance and equipment inputs. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a commitment to any price. On the platform, the business sets the offer and a carrier chooses whether to accept it.
Joining the beta
Submitting the signup form places you on a waitlist. It does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance into the beta, or guarantee that any loads or carriers will be available to you. We select founding members at our discretion and may close the program at any time.
Participation in the beta is free. If pricing is introduced after the beta, it will be published before it applies to anyone.
Accurate information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of the business you name. Carriers accepted into the beta must hold and maintain valid operating authority and insurance; those requirements are set out in the carrier agreement.
LoadPilot is a marketplace
LoadPilot is a technology platform that connects businesses with independent carriers. We are not a motor carrier, a freight broker of record for these terms, or a party to the transportation itself. Carriers perform all transportation under their own operating authority and their own insurance, as independent contractors. We do not own trucks and we do not employ drivers.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to scrape or copy the site, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The LoadPilot name, site design, and content are owned by Ezsentials LLC. Feedback you give us about the product may be used to improve it without obligation to you.
No warranty
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Product features described here are planned and may change before launch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Ezsentials LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from participation in the waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
